Health is something very precious that God has given to us. Being health is so expensive so and sometime very painful. You cans start by doing regular exercise, although it is very hard for the first time you can not give up. After you can exercise regularly, you will need to change you eating pattern, no more carbs no more fats and no more snacks. Start doing low carb diet to reduce the weight and add more fruits and vegetables.
